At Chinaplas 2026 in Shanghai, SCHWING Technologies will introduce a new generation of thermal cleaning systems: fully electric units with scalable afterburner technology – designed to meet the requirements of modern production sites across China and Asia.
These systems enable completely gas-free thermal cleaning, offering key advantages for regions with limited gas infrastructure or increasing environmental regulations. At the same time, they comply with international emission standards and support the use of renewable energy.
A key feature is the high scalability of the systems. They are suitable for both small precision components and large-scale industrial applications – including the cleaning of filter bundles, extrusion tools, and heavily polymer-contaminated parts with high melt volumes.
